Mimosa Golf Course
-
Nature herself has created a magnificent setting for this superb parkland course. Set against stunning mountain foothills, which afford scenic vistas for the idyllic surrounding countryside, the gently course offers a wide variety of interesting and challenging playing conditions for its members.
Mimosa is an oasis of scenic, private parkland with over 5,000 mature trees of varied species which compliment perfectly the stunningly-created features of the re-designed new course whose ample trees, forgiving fairways, shimmering lakes, subtle bunkers and manicured greens are the hallmark of Mimosa Golf and Country Club.
The multi-featured 36-hole championship course will be an accumulation of many environments. The new and revised holes will play through and around gentle rolling terrain, new lakes, a dry river bed, deeply wooded valleys and spectacular colorful native Philippine flowers, trees and shrubs. The course has been designed to be friendly to the new and high handicap golfers while sternly testing the most seasoned golfers from the championship tees.
The topography of the site allows for numerous outstanding holes of golf. Of those, one hole stands out among the rest, the 487 yard, Par 4, 7th hole of the Mountainview course is truly unique in that it combines distance and accuracy as the golfers has to clear sandy waste and a volcanic ash creek to reach the fairway. With other challenging holes such as the Par5, 18th hole and the picturesque Par 4, 12th hole both on Mountainview course, the golf course is memorable for the unique challenge that members are confronted with a every hole making a round of golf at Mimosa a great day out for members and their guests.
